Are you open to the public?

We are open to the public for (online) orders only. All orders will be delivered between specific hours of the day. Pick-up can also be arranged.

What area do you service?

We service Winnipeg, Transcona, stonewall, Brandon, Steinbach, Winkler, Portage la Prairie, and surrounding areas. 

​

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Friday, 5 pm - 9 pm and Saturday, 9 am - 9 pm. We are closed on Sunday.

What do you offer?

Currently, we offer cupcakes, cake in a jar, cake loaves, alcohol-infused cakes, custom cakes, pound cakes, and cookies for all occasions. All products can be ordered from our ‘’Order Now’’ page. All orders can be available within 24 -72 hours, depending on when they are ordered. If you like a custom order, please submit an inquiry form.

Please watch out for weekly sales and offers that run on specific days of the week.

How far in advance should I order?

Signature cakes and cupcakes can be ordered up to 24 -72 hours in advance via our e-commerce site.

​

All custom cupcake orders must be ordered at a minimum of two weeks in advance.

Disclaimer: Occasionally, there will be availability for last-minute orders, so please do contact us. Last-minute orders (1 week) are subjected to a rush fee of $50.

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date with us, please email us at info@ojsbakery.com

Be sure to include the following information:

  • The treat you are inquiring about

  • Your budget

  • Your theme

  • Pictures

  • Date of the Event

  • The preferred form of communication

We will respond to you within 24-72 hours via your preferred form of communication (Weekend inquiries will be answered by Monday)

All orders that are over $100 require a non-refundable 50% retainer at the time of order placement. A retainer officially reserves us for your event date. All orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Or you can fill out the order inquiry form, and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours. (Weekend inquiries will be answered by Monday)

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Orders can be canceled for a partial refund (amount minus the retainer) up to 2 weeks before the order is due.

Is pick-up available?

Yes. The address to pick up will be given to you after the order has been confirmed.

​

Do we offer delivery services?

Yes. The delivery prices start at $5, and the final amount may vary depending on the distance to the location.

Do you cater to corporate accounts?

Yes, we do cater to corporate accounts. All products can be ordered using our order inquiry form.
